DELIVERY INQUIRIES

 

METRO MANILA DELIVERIES

Yes, we have deliveries within Metro Manila only due to the enhanced community quarantine. Give us 1-3 business days to process your orders. 

Note: We cannot deliver on locations in Metro Manila that are under total lockdown.

 

PROVINCIAL DELIVERIES

Deliveries in the provinces are currently on hold because of the implemented ECQ. We will ship your orders 1-3 business days after the ECQ has been lifted. 



DELIVERY FEES

Additional PHP 149 is asked from the customers for the delivery fee. 

Note: This is for Metro Manila orders only. 



CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) NOT AVAILABLE

For COD, it is temporarily suspended because of the current ECQ in Luzon. Our partner couriers that deliver via COD are currently not operating. 

We recommend payments via online bank transfer, GCash, GrabPay and DragonPay as a precaution and also to protect our delivery partners during transaction. 

On the other hand, we can ship your order via on-demand delivery services (Grab, Angkas, Lalamove) with the fixed delivery fee of PHP 149.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

1. We accept credit card payments via PayMaya. HOW?

3. Select the product that you want to purchase

4. Add to cart

5. From the payment options, select Online Payment > PayMaya 

Note: Installment payments via PayMaya is NOT AVAILABLE. Straight payments via credit card only. 

 

Another option is to pay via PayMongo. How?

3. Wait for our email confirmation and instructions including the unique link wherein you can pay for your orders.

Our installment payment options are currently ON HOLD.

Upon payment verification, kindly give us 1-3 business days to prepare and deliver your orders.

Warranty

The date of purchase is considered as the first day of warranty period. Gadgets have life spans and naturally wear and tear over time. This also depends on your usage. All sales are final. Unit replacement due to change of color or product model indecision is not possible.

Basis for warranty

Please do not lose the warranty slip given to you upon purchase. No warranty slip, no warranty policy applies – this verifies that you bought the item with that specific serial number from us. No technical support is available for items bought outside of Kimstore. Refer to the warranty indicated in the item’s description on the website only. Kimstore does not reissue or keep your information from the warranty slip; it is the customer’s duty to store this form in a safe area.

For items past warranty period

Items past their warranty period can still be diagnosed and repaired if possible. The customer however shall shoulder expenses for parts, labor, and shipping.

Charges

To keep up with global economic challenges, Kimstore.com will be charging an additional Processing Fee on orders starting November 8, 2023. A small fee amounting to 2.5% of the entire order will be automatically computed and added at checkout. The fee will also reflect on your delivery receipt.

Payment Options

Installment

Installment payments are available through Billease, Atome, and options provided by GCash and Maya.

CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD via Visa, Mastercard, Paymaya or Paymongo

For Credit Card and Debit Cardholders, we accept one-time straight payments via Paymaya and Paymongo. Just choose “Online Payment” upon checkout for guided instructions on how to proceed with your payment.

E-WALLET thru GCash, GrabPay, and Maya (formerly PayMaya)

GCash payments are only done through QR Code. Kimstore does not accept GCash transfers via mobile number.

NON-BANK PAYMENTS OPTIONS

Non-Bank payment options can be made via Cebuana Lhuillier

CASH ON PICK-UP

Cash on Pick-up are available thru Technopop partner stores with minimum reservation fee of Php 500.00

CASH ON DELIVERY

Order now and pay when your item arrives at your front door! Please note that we have limited a maximum of Php 20,000 purchase limit for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) transactions for Metro-Manila and provincial areas.

BANK TRANSFER/DEPOSIT

Bank transfer can be made via local banks listed below: PNB, BDO, UnionBank.

Returns and Replacements

When you receive your order, please take a video of your unboxing and make sure all items in your order are received and have no external defects. If Kimstore does not receive any report of external defect within twenty four (24 hours) from receipt of your item it means that you received it free from external defect. Documenting your receipt and unboxing can help in case of disputes with the courier or other problems with your order.
