Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Lineup Leaked: Same Memory Options

We’ve got the flagship Galaxy S25 models at the start of the year and we’ve gotten the new Galaxy Z foldables just a month ago. Still, Samsung isn’t quite done with 2025 as we still have leaks and rumors coming out for the Galaxy Tab S11 tablets!

Leaker @MysteryLupin from X has revealed that we’re getting a total of three new tablets: two of which are under the new Galaxy Tab S11 line, while the third is going to be a more affordable version called the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite.

No Memory Upgrade for Galaxy Tab S11

First, we have the two Galaxy Tab S11 models: the base version and the larger Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra. No memory upgrade for either though; both of them will come with only 12GB of RAM, which should still be enough to run most of your apps, games, and Galaxy AI features.

Let’s take a look at the two Galaxy Tab S11 models. We get two tablets which are the base version and the much larger Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra. Which one you choose probably boils down to your preferred size as both tablets come with a Dimensity 9400+ processor anyway. Both are also launching with One UI 8.0 too.

Unfortunately, neither of them got any major memory upgrades, whether in RAM or storage. Both tablets will only get 12GB of RAM, which to be fair, is definitely more than enough for your apps, games, and even the assorted Galaxy AI features. Same storage options too, from 128GB to 512GB.

The Ultra definitely gets a bigger battery according to the leaks, coming in with an 11,600mAh battery. The base Galaxy Tab S11 just comes with an 8,400mAh cell. Both should be more than enough to last you the whole day and both support 45W charging. Both should also come with an included S-Pen.

What about the affordable one?

As for the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite, its specs definitely raise a bit more eyebrows considering it’s only launching with 6GB of RAM. Definitely odd as even midrange smartphones like the Galaxy A56 have 8GB nowadays, especially with the minimum required for most AI functionalities.

The processor powering this model is also very midrange; the Exynos 1380 found in something like the Galaxy A35. Decent but not the most powerful chip on the block, considering the Exynos 1480 has already launched prior.

Battery is much smaller than the new Tab S11 tablets, with reports stating that it only packs an 8,000mAh cell inside, with no news whether it will support the full 45W charging speed. And it’s most likely just launching with One UI 7.0 as a result.

All three of these new tablets will come with Gray or Silver options but only the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite will come with a third Coral Red option.
