Kimstore Highlights - Winning at the 44th Agora Awards!

Entrepreneurship at its core, is about problem-solving. It’s about identifying opportunities where you can use your own ideas to try and help out. And that’s the exact train of thought I followed when I started Kimstore back in 2006. And now, two decades later, we’re still on that same journey. There’s plenty of challenges to solve and new ones are coming up every day.

Still, being recognized for the Outstanding Achievement in Entrepreneurship at the 44th Agora Awards does serve as a good marker for how far we’ve come from our humble beginnings.

The event looks to honor marketers, professionals, and of course, entrepreneurs. People who were able to establish a clear purpose, drive innovation, and of course, foster people-centered leadership in an increasingly digital world. To elevate Kimstore among the many names here is an achievement I’ll be proud of for years to come.

Thank you to my family, especially my late father, my brother, my mentors and friends! You are the reason this journey continues.

Thank you to my team, our Kimmunity. It’s because of you that Kimstore was able to grow from strength to strength, even during difficult periods of our shared history.

And of course, I’d also like to congratulate my fellow winners and awardees! It’s an honor to celebrate alongside you and to witness what you’ve accomplished in your respective fields. The best part is that we’re all just getting started and yet I’m already excited to see what’s coming in the future.

As for me, I’ll keep advocating for digital empowerment, trust-driven E-commerce, and women-centered entrepreneurship. I sincerely believe these causes deserve all of our support.

Back in 2006, I decided to build this business on our North Star of customers, community, and excellent service. Two decades later, I’m proud to say that we’ve kept to this vision, even as we took in new strategies, technologies, and even ways of thinking. And we’re just getting started.
