Bigger Screen, Same Thin and Light Design

The new Macbook Air M2 now sports a 15.3 inch display, up from the older 13.6 inches. This leads to a higher pixel count of 2880 x 1864 though you can expect the same density as the older model.

Keyboard is also identical, with a full function row, lack of Touch Bar, and a Touch ID sensor. It still doesn’t have a full 10-key number pad however, which is something you’ll want to keep in mind.

Its larger body also brings in a much larger trackpad, giving users with big hands more room to move around. And despite the increased size, the 15” Macbook Air M2 is only around 0.6 pounds more, with the weight being distributed well across the larger body. Carrying this around shouldn’t be too different from the older 13” Macbook Air.
