Sony PlayStation Pulse Explore and Pulse Elite Priced in the Philippines 

Sony announced the pricing for their new PlayStation Pulse Explore and Pulse Elite headsets here in the Philippines. The bigger Pulse Elite wireless headset will be available for PHP 8,399 while the Pulse Explore wireless earbuds are expected to be priced at PHP 12,490 from authorized dealers and Sony centers.

PlayStation Pulse Elite Headset

The PlayStation Pulse Elite is designed for lifelike gaming audio, making use of Sony’s new PlayStation Link wireless connection. Compared to something like Sony’s WH-1000XM4 which uses Bluetooth, PlayStation Link is said to make use of Wi-Fi in order to deliver a lossless, wireless, audio connection.

The Pulse Elite also features AI-enhanced noise rejection, which helps isolate and remove unwanted background noises ensuring clear communication over multiplayer. The headset also offers up to 30 hours of battery life, so you don’t have to worry about suddenly losing your audio during a day of gaming.

On top of these promised audio features, the Pulse Elite Headset also comes with a charging hanger as well as a PlayStation Link USB Adapter, letting you use the fast, lossless connection on a variety of devices!

PlayStation Pulse Explore Wireless Earbuds

On the other hand, the Pulse Explore wireless earbuds are meant for a more mobile experience, with hidden microphones and a companion charging case included in the box. Like the larger Pulse Elite, it also features AI noise-rejection to ensure cleaner calls.

The wireless earbuds can connect with both PlayStation Link and Bluetooth. It even has dual-device connectivity, allowing you to listen to PlaySation Link and Bluetooth device at the same time, letting you stay in play while answering calls or listening to music if you want.

The PlayStation Pulse Explore also comes with a PlayStation Link USB Adapter, letting you make full use of Sony’s lossless format across different devices. It’s a great addition if you wish to use these audio devices beyond your PS5 console.

Warranty

The date of purchase is considered as the first day of warranty period. Gadgets have life spans and naturally wear and tear over time. This also depends on your usage. All sales are final. Unit replacement due to change of color or product model indecision is not possible.

Basis for warranty

Please do not lose the warranty slip given to you upon purchase. No warranty slip, no warranty policy applies – this verifies that you bought the item with that specific serial number from us. No technical support is available for items bought outside of Kimstore. Refer to the warranty indicated in the item’s description on the website only. Kimstore does not reissue or keep your information from the warranty slip; it is the customer’s duty to store this form in a safe area.

For items past warranty period

Items past their warranty period can still be diagnosed and repaired if possible. The customer however shall shoulder expenses for parts, labor, and shipping.

Charges

To keep up with global economic challenges, Kimstore.com will be charging an additional Processing Fee on orders starting November 8, 2023. A small fee amounting to 2.5% of the entire order will be automatically computed and added at checkout. The fee will also reflect on your delivery receipt.

Cash on Pick-up are available thru Technopop partner stores with minimum reservation fee of Php 500.00

CASH ON DELIVERY

Order now and pay when your item arrives at your front door! Please note that we have limited a maximum of Php 20,000 purchase limit for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) transactions for Metro-Manila and provincial areas.

BANK TRANSFER/DEPOSIT

Bank transfer can be made via local banks listed below: PNB, BDO, UnionBank.

Returns and Replacements

When you receive your order, please take a video of your unboxing and make sure all items in your order are received and have no external defects. If Kimstore does not receive any report of external defect within twenty four (24 hours) from receipt of your item it means that you received it free from external defect. Documenting your receipt and unboxing can help in case of disputes with the courier or other problems with your order.
