Buy, Watch, and Win

1. A single, fulfilled checkout with a minimum worth of Php999 made during the promo period at Kimstore.com entitles the customer to one raffle entry.
2. Promo period is from November 16, 2022 to November 30, 2022. 
3. This giveaway is open to Filipino citizens currently living in the Philippines. 
4. Participants who have accomplished the purchase requirement can increase their chances of winning by liking and sharing the Kimstore Facebook page and filling out the form at http://bit.ly/WinIPHONE14atKIMSTORE. The form will require their First Name, Last Name, Street Address, Barangay, City, Province, Zip Code, Email Address, Phone Number, Facebook Account Link, screenshot showing the participant has liked the Kimstore Facebook page, screenshot showing the participant has shared the Kimstore page, and the unique codes given during Kimstore’s hourly Facebook streams on November 16, 2022. 
5. Participants can only use stream codes once resulting in a maximum of 14 possible entries. 
6. Employees of Kimstore including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
7. Deadline of earning of entries is until November 30, 2022 at 11:59 PM. 
8. The winner will be drawn electronically on December 1, 2022 at 10AM using random.org by  Kimstore Owner/CEO, and VP in the presence of a DTI representative. 
9. Winner will be announced on December 1, 2022 at 6PM at Kimstore HeadQuarters located at 1517 Quezon Avenue, Quezon City, and will be posted on the Kimstore Facebook Page.
10. One (1) winner will get an iPhone 14 - 128GB (Red) with a market value of Php ₱56,990.00 which is not transferable and is not convertible to cash.
11. The winner will be notified via registered mail, phone number, email address, and their registered Facebook account via Kimstore page.
12. Winner can redeem his/her prize within 60 days from receipt of registered notification. He/she can claim his/her prize at 1517 Quezon Avenue, Quezon City by presenting two valid IDs or have the prize delivered to his/her registered address with shipping fees covered by Kimstore.
13. The 20% prize tax for prizes exceeding Php10,000.00 and all other taxes and expenses incurred in relation to the prizes will be shouldered by Kimstore.
