Wow! What an event-filled month for your most trusted online gadget store! Hot off the heels of our 11.11 sales, Ninang Kim has also been keeping busy, attending events and conferences. After all, we’re always happy to expand our connections with reputable organizations, allowing us to get our name out to a bigger stage.

Bounce Back Global Alliance First General Assembly

To start, we’ve joined Bounce Back Global Alliance’s (BBGA) first general assembly for their members and board of advisors, and Ninang Kim is thrilled to be part of this organization. Right away, we definitely find ourselves in good company among some truly innovative small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) in the group.

In addition to the networking opportunities, the BBGA also provides a space for entrepreneurs and SMEs to discuss the different challenges we encounter in the industry. In this case, digital transformation has been a primary focus, with our speakers discussing the challenges faced by most businesses in this aspect.

The experience is definitely well worth the price of admission in this impact-driven organization, and we definitely look forward to meeting newer members in the coming months. We’re always happy to impart our knowledge on aspiring entrepreneurs here.

Women of the Future Southeast Asia Awards Finalist

And now here’s one for all the women doing their best out there. Ninang Kim has been chosen as one of the finalists for the first-ever Southeast Asia Women of the Future Awards to take place near the end of the month!

Created in order to foster collaboration and kindness between women in the workplace, the Women of the Future awards also doubles as a community that fosters female leadership, celebrating the success of each individual leader’s work.

Knowing that it’s the first of its kind here in Southeast Asia brings on tremendous pressure to live up to these lofty ideals; a commitment we’re making whether we win or lose. After all, Ninang is always happy to share her knowledge and expertise to a new generation of women leaders. 

Alibaba Tour

Our pambansang Ninang has even made her way to Alibaba University, as part of Lazada’s Ambassadors, giving us an exciting chance to explore the premises of the accomplished E-commerce giant.

It was an eventful 4-day trip, as well as the opportunity to explore some really interesting places. In addition to the university campus, your Ninang was also able to see the Qianxun Livestreaming Company in action as well as the beautiful West Lake. We were even able to stop by the high-tech Flyzoo Hotel; courtesy of Alibaba of course.

All-in-all, the visit served as an amazing reminder about the kind of success possible in the world of E-commerce if you work harder and smarter at reaching your own goal. It also served as a reminder that there’s still plenty to learn in this vast digital ecosystem. Alibaba was founded back in 1999 and has persisted since then. 

I’m optimistic that Kimstore can reach that same level of prominence too, now that we’ve reached our 17th year.

Realme Award

Finally, we’re also glad to cap off another great year of tech with the Realme 11’s grand launch event at the Manila Hotel! Positioning their wares as great value-for-money options in the midrange market, we were able to try out these new handsets just as they hit our local market!

We also appreciate the award given to Kimstore as well as other local partners and distributors as acknowledgement of our efforts. A testament to Kimstore’s long history of collaboration with the top tech brands. We’re always happy to help deliver these amazing tech products to the people most enthusiastic for them and we definitely look forward to collaborating with the very best in this field.

Warranty

The date of purchase is considered as the first day of warranty period. Gadgets have life spans and naturally wear and tear over time. This also depends on your usage. All sales are final. Unit replacement due to change of color or product model indecision is not possible.

Basis for warranty

Please do not lose the warranty slip given to you upon purchase. No warranty slip, no warranty policy applies – this verifies that you bought the item with that specific serial number from us. No technical support is available for items bought outside of Kimstore. Refer to the warranty indicated in the item’s description on the website only. Kimstore does not reissue or keep your information from the warranty slip; it is the customer’s duty to store this form in a safe area.

For items past warranty period

Items past their warranty period can still be diagnosed and repaired if possible. The customer however shall shoulder expenses for parts, labor, and shipping.

Charges

To keep up with global economic challenges, Kimstore.com will be charging an additional Processing Fee on orders starting November 8, 2023. A small fee amounting to 2.5% of the entire order will be automatically computed and added at checkout. The fee will also reflect on your delivery receipt.

GCash payments are only done through QR Code. Kimstore does not accept GCash transfers via mobile number.

CASH ON PICK-UP

Cash on Pick-up are available thru Technopop partner stores with minimum reservation fee of Php 500.00

CASH ON DELIVERY

Order now and pay when your item arrives at your front door! Please note that we have limited a maximum of Php 20,000 purchase limit for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) transactions for Metro-Manila and provincial areas.

BANK TRANSFER/DEPOSIT

Bank transfer can be made via local banks listed below: PNB, BDO, UnionBank.

Returns and Replacements

When you receive your order, please take a video of your unboxing and make sure all items in your order are received and have no external defects. If Kimstore does not receive any report of external defect within twenty four (24 hours) from receipt of your item it means that you received it free from external defect. Documenting your receipt and unboxing can help in case of disputes with the courier or other problems with your order.
